Yes, but you want a good surgeon who won't fuck up your hairline and is willing to lower it if it's high set.
Hairline lowered, not too square and straight, temples restored, good density and single strand hairs at the front for a natural look. Recreating a hairline is quite though and most surgeons fail at it, so make sure you get a good one, it's worth the extra cash paid.

Well. You can go from them finding you unattractive to attractive, that's the power of hair. Some will be incel because of their shitty hair genetics. Having a good hairline is extremely important.
There's alot of bodge jobs in turkey so you're going to go there, make sure you go to a very reputable doctor (If you go to one of these the price you pay won't be massively different to the UK)
The best place to get it done if moneys not a problem at all would be the USA, but it's also the most expensive.
The UK is pretty good too, i got mine done in the UK and my results were pretty good (though not 100% as good as i hoped, but i still have another 2-3 months left till i can see the full results).
Overall 100% worth it, i'll be needing two more in my life and overall it would have cost over £20,000 ($27,000)

Hair is important overall. Most of the high tier normies, will look like aliens without eyebrows, beard, scalp hair. Only Chads and Chad-lites carry with raw bone structure.

In Turkey you can get it a lot cheaper for the same quality of results, that's why you go there. Of course it will be expensive for a good surgeon, but it would cost even more if you were to do it in Europe or in the US.

I have several NW0 guys at my work, it looks great. That hairline you're showing looks retarded because it's too low set. NW0 doesn't have to be that low.
You're obviously not going to try to recreate a perfect NW0 when you're getting a hair transplant (you need some hair left in case of another transplant down the line). Getting to a perfect NW1 would be ideal.
