I do not know how men cold approach women especially in streets and during daytime . It feels weird and awkward . How can you approach a woman whom you know nothing about and show sexual and romantic interest in her.You know nothing about her whether she married , engaged in a relationship . A woman is going by the streets and you are required to stop them and show sexual interest in them . This behaviour looks strange .

May be It is slightly acceptable to approach them in bars and clubs . But I heard that even scene there is dying.

Also it is weird even for women as well to be approached by random stranger .

Few times I have approached women and have gotten weird and cold vibes from them . They were shocked that I approached them and I felt embarassed about myself.

Also I do not know anyone in real life or even interent who is dating someone whom they met via cold approach.

I almost never had a any serious problem here in Spain. Girls are specially picky and low inhib here I think, so I've been rejected by mocking, laughing or creep looks lots of times.
