Is it safe to say I have an IQ of 85 - 90?

I think it’s safe to say this is where I fall, my composite intelligence index from my autism evaluation also shows an IQ of 85.

I know a lot of people say these tests are not a good way to scale IQ when it comes to individuals with autism. But I just feel like you wouldn’t get a score that low if you weren’t actually some level of retarded.

And the thing too is that when I see many others who definitely would have an IQ that low, I still feel like I’m light years ahead of them.

And why am I able to talk about such complex subjects so fluidly and in-depth? Wouldn’t a person with an IQ that low be much more simple? When I think of someone with a IQ that low I think of narrow minded sheboons or normie gen Z tik tok users.

Well that's because IQ tests are gauged on like, every aspect of intelligence. Even a cancer researcher could be objectively dumber than someone enlisted in the military because of how well they reason or comprehend things, despite the complexity of their specific field of study.
