I recently remembered hearing about the existence of face transplants in the news. Is it possible to get a chad face transplant?

Posting in off topic since it's kind of a low effort question but I'm still burning to know.

I don't think that would work, since your bone structure will remain the same. Not to mention the problem @supersoldier highlighted above with the pics he posted.

Depending on one's particular causes for ugliness, it's pretty much impossible to fix it through surgery. A crooked nose for instance is EZ, but things like skull shape, interocular distance and longface are death sentences in terms of looks and there is nothing one can really do.
