I walk outside, normally (I've tried it with baseball hat, sunglasses, a combination of both, and none) and people of EVERY AGE AND GENDER, eye me like I'm an alien, when they're together one of them mouths or whispers something, or they joke, whenever and wherever I am, I'm seen as some alien or clown, ever since I was about 13 it's a fact that 99% of people react to me in some way, indicating that I'm different and look special (stare, eye me, laugh, joke about me, say some mean shit, take pictures)...

And if I defend myself or stand up for myself, I'll get sent to the psych ward or worse. But why do normies have to react to me AT ALL, and just pretend I'm invisible?
The younger people tend to joke or laugh while older people tend to stare or say some shit about me to another person (all strangers, mind you)

Damn that's pretty tough brocel, do you think you'd have a chance of ascending with looksmaxxing? If that is the case you're not a truecel but it your looks aren't salvageable with looksmaxxing the only other option is moneymaxxing.
One could argue that truecels who moneymaxx and ascend still haven't truly ascended since the only type of foids you will attract are moneyhungry whores and whenever you lose your money you will lose the foid aswell so essentially you just had a personal escort.

I highly doubt it, even surgeries won't help my case as the root cause is my skull and deep in my skull.

I can relate to getting laughed and stared at. Although I never tried out the hat and sunglasses (+beard) combo. My skull is so small (55cm) that I need a really small hat and glasses jfl, so even something as simple as this requires more work in my case. But it's not impossible to get that.

I agree, generally there are only a few things foids look for;

1. At least 6 feet, at least makes 6 figures a year, and has at least a 6 inch dick (the 666 rule)
2. An above average face (sub7 rule)
3. High status (They usually don't care as much about point 1 and 2 if the dude has an above average social status i.e. A high ranking drug dealer or other type of criminal, an athlete, a famous artist musician or actor, a CEO or anything else that brings them some form of clout/attention or makes them feel elevated)
