For some reason in Goymany its socially not acceptable to talk about money. Almost any time someone start talking about salary or money, someone else will say that you dont talk about money. Ive heard this is a a Goymany exclusive thing and in other countries its normal to talk about money. I theorise that goys here have been manipulated into thinking you shouldnt talk about money, because if people would do that they would compare salaries and then realise they get paid way too little.

I talk about money all the time with my co-workers, the young ones, like me and younger.

We talk about this rarher openly to indeed compare.

But we don't do it to measure our figurative dick sizes. In fact these co-workers are very humble and we don't complain. Instead we figure out what to do if one of us gets too little or if one wants more. In some cases it is the lack of expertise and or education.

Cause sometimes someone gets severely underpayed for whatever fucking reason, which happens to me atm.

I work as a lather operator (CNC Dreher) and get just 10 € Cents more per hour than a co-worker who is working in our little warehouse. His job is super easy and he has a lot of free time. He does a lot of cleaning work and all that.

Ever since I've found out I stopped improving things to get a higher daily quantities.

All I am doing now is making work easier for me so I can achieve the same quantities with less effort.
I chill all day basically. Idgaf anymore.

Soon the boss and me will have a chat about money and I will tell him that a little birdy has told me about some peoples' saleries and that has made me think.

I now care for myself first. My loyalty for the company is gone completely.
I am strictly only there for the money, the bit that I get and have started learning about stock trading.

I want to fet the fuck out of there.

It depeends. If people trust you they will talk about it.

The tone makes the music.

So far four guys have told me their salery.

Yes in Romania everyone is very very open about how much money they make and it is not about flexing on others but all about realizing if you are getting fucked by your boss. And yeah it seems to me like ethnic germans for some reason are afraid to tell people their salary, idk it makes little to no sense to me, but whatever, it is your culture. I befriended some sands (Bahrain, Afghanistan and Syria) and they all were very straightforward about their salaries.

If I were to guess, from what I have previously heard about you I'd have to presume that you make around the 1000 mark given that you are doing an Ausbildung. Perhaps a little lower.

Yes

No it's not. Most of the country is poor and talking about money sounds like flexing.

No salary for me other than SSI

Yeah, i assume this is, like i stated in my OP because goys have been conditioned to not talk about their salary because otherwise people would know they dont get paid enough. But then again would be the question why thats a thing only in Germany ?

Idk, perhaps your overlords do not like it when the people want some more money. All I know is that only ethnic germans do this, for some reason the memo has not been put up for us Kanaken.

You will never be a true Kanak

Kanaks are usually considered turks and sometimes Arabs
I see, so what is an appropriate ethnic slur for Romanians aside of Zigeuner??

Is that some sort of racial humiliation kink ?
Jesus, no. I'm not a faggot, just curious. I'd like to perfect my german. Who's gonna teach me racial slurs?
Like my colleagues in uni are retarded, had to teach them antisemitism myself. They didn't even know what a goy was.

Who's gonna teach me racial slurs?
Slurs for niggers: Neger, Mohr (not used anymore)
Slurs for Sands: Kanacke, Ziegenficker
Slurs for Asians: Ching Chong, Schlitzauge

These are the ones popping in my head right now

You wont find nearly as much as variety in racial slurs as you would in English, most English slurs dont even have a German equivalent

Good luck, you wont find really more racial slurs and if you do they are super niche and not commlnly used at all

I live in the United States which as you know, is a very individualistic & hyper capitalistic system which seemingly encourages this behavior

Yes, it is very common for people to discuss this here
