You could look a bit different, but you'd still not be attractive if your parents worth. I think maybe you could be 1 point up on looks if your dad had got the best quality sperm in the bunch to impregnate your mother. Basically roll of the dice
110% random. At least that's how it is right now. Maybe in the future you could cum in a lab and some scientist would inspect each individual sperm, looking for the highest quality sperm to impregnate your women. No time soon though
