Would it be better for incels to kill themselves before their parents die, so you don't have to experience their death, or wait so they don't have to deal with you dying?

If you were seriously suicidal you wouldn't even have it preventing you from doing it. You may want to die, but you clearly don't want to commit suicide because it is incredibly easy to kill yourself. Anyone I've met who is truly suicidal has killed themselves already. Whether that be my best friend in middle school or a number of people from mental hospitals I visited as a child.

I'm not sure, but on some sick level, I enjoy the idea of them having to deal with the consequence of bringing a life into this world, which, is it's eventual end.
