If it doesn't target the same muscle groups then no problem.
Don't train a muscle while it's sore though, let it recover first.

No, don’t do it. Never train the same muscle again till it’s it sore. Fine to train arms tho if only your legs are sore or something unrelated
 
Well, yes you can.
It just depends on how sore the muscles are.

For a long time, I did pushups 5 days in a row.
I also worked my abs 5 days a week.
I ran 5 days in a row every week.

But, I was only ever slightly sore.

Think about it.
In every military in the world, they do calisthenics and run for multiple days in a row.

But, if you are lifting heavy weights, I’d rest the muscle for 3 days before working it again.
