Its more of a generational thing I think. My parents got married in the early 1980s and got the first kids in their mid 20s, now majority get their first kid in early 30, heck ive seen plenty of new mothers in late 30s early 40s.

Only if your parents have you at 40+ will you get autism or bad genes or whatever, as long as it’s not severely old then it’s either the parents genes or genetic recombination, not the ageChild from young parents has a high chance to inherit all the good genes.
