I feel like a fucking dumbass sometimes because I feel I "get" stuff more slowly than most people. I'd be in lab and my teacher would give out instructions and everyone would know what to do while I was the only idiot who was lost.

Maybe, but it could also be that you have trouble focusing in a school environment.
When I was in grade school and high school I would regularly zone out and miss 90+% of what the teacher was saying, even though my iq for my age back then was over 120.
I spent all of my time in class fucking around, sometimes I even fell asleep, and then I would just study the material on my own when I got home.

It's a massive failo and giveaway that you aren't well coordinated ie NT and unable to multitask because you are absent minded.

No problem. If I could overcome this issue I would be because everyone thinks it gives them license to mock you and it's how a lot of bullying directed at me IRL has started.
Unfortunately it's a clear sign something is off with you and people get the impression you are taunting them or wasting their time even when you are trying to figure things out as they come at you.

I'm definitely dumb. My brain functions 10x slower than people my age. It's annoying and suifuel ngl. Your brain is your only worth as an incel, without it you won't get respect from others, you will struggle in working life and I lost even at that aspect. It's over for me.
