As soon as the whore Theodora ascended to imperial office it just descended into a mess of intrigues and cuck effeminacy until Turks cleaned up the scraps

When you think of the ailments that effect a society they tend to be feminine in nature; corrupt opulence, relying on auxiliaries to fight for you, constant court intrigues and slanders like some gossiping foid, suppressing your subjects instead of fighting rivals etc

Irene of Athens was the worst one.

These are, in principle, the symptoms of any Eastern society. The psychology of the East. The Turks themselves will suffer from the same thing. I remember that when the Russo-Turkish War of the 1710s ended in defeat under Peter the Great, and he himself was taken prisoner, it was enough for Peter the Great's wife to bribe the Grand Vizier with gold to secure a better peace treaty for Russia.
Byzantium was an unhealthy society. I've read a lot about the cult of gold and luxury. Where positions were bought and then exploited to recoup the investment. Not to mention the pathological greed. A Byzantine emperor promised the Crusaders money if they helped him gain power, but when the Crusaders did their job, he said he didn't have the money. Or when Constantine XI He was greedy and refused to buy artillery weapons from a Hungarian engineer.

In the end, the Ottomans themselves will become a sick society, infected with decadence and corruption, and will suffer defeat after defeat. Even their former Egyptian vassal will be able to defeat them. In any case, both the Turks and the Greeks have an Eastern mentality, where corruption is not seen as an absolute evil. It is no surprise that Greece has fallen into a debt crisis and now has a lower standard of living than the Czech Republic, which has lived under Soviet occupation for its entire history.
The unity of secular and religious power among the Orthodox is pretty shitty. At least the Catholics had the Pope, who could put any king in his place by threatening to excommunicate him.

No, the whole western world is and how their influence on other countries spread whore corruption

Yes brocel its called cycle of empires

The Ottoman Empire lasted significantly longer than the Russian one. Turkiye has this 'furher' mentality, where leaders are prioritized for their strength and their unwillingness to compromise, and their ability to lay out the law, just like it was in classical antiquity, this is certainly due to the fact that Turkiye had an incredibly great and successful furher in the past which transformed the country.

In that case, could the UK qualify as having an Eastern mentality. The entire system is chock full of managed decline politics, and red-tape bureaucracy. It took them $9 billion dollars to plan to bulid a 3 mile tunnel. That tunnel produced more paper work than the inquiry on the Iraq war.

I would put Ottoman declinism due to the overextension of the empire, and the polticization of the Janissary corps, and the refusal of the aristocrats to industrialize due to fears that creative destruction might harm them and their prospects. This allowed for an rapid and quick reversal of Ottoman fortunes starting in the early 19th century, which harmed and weakened the empire, and which allowed others to carve it up. Before, those reversals, the empire was relatively healthy. I would argue, that the declinism came from those reversal of fortunes, as European powers sought to solidify their power through captiulations.

The Ottoman Empire existed from the beginning of the 19th century to the end of the 19th century solely at the behest of the British, who feared Russia and its ambitions in the Balkans and the Black Sea region. As a result, the British saved the Turks twice: once during the Crimean War and again during the 1877-1878 war, when the Russian army was on the verge of reaching Constantinople. However, the British threatened to go to war if the Russian army did not stop.
Russia and Britain also saved the Ottomans from being defeated by Muhammad Ali Pasha, the ruler of Egypt, because he was able to modernize Egypt and defeat the Turks one-on-one.

I don't know, I don't understand the British, and their history is quite strange. I find it ridiculous that they believe slavery is evil and that they should stop the global slave trade, even though there was significant economic inequality in Britain itself.
Not to mention the natural worship of the Jews. When the British were the first to create a Zog, and a Jew was able to become Prime Minister of the Conservative Party, Benjamin Disraeli. I have never been interested in British history or culture. It's possible that their mentality has its own peculiarities, as they were able to create one of the most repressive states in modern Europe, despite the fact that they didn't have communism like Russia and were not conquered by the British. However, they have a high number of people being imprisoned for their social media posts.
I can only assume that in Britain, theft is not strongly condemned from a moral and ethical standpoint.

It's just that the Ottoman Empire was degraded due to the corruption of the moral elite and the ruling classes. This is a natural process, as described by Ibn Khaldun in his system of asabiyyah, where the great-grandchildren of those who built something either parasitize on their ancestors' work or destroy it.
I'm sure spending time in harems is more interesting than studying scientific innovations from Europe.
Drinking wine, or whatever else the Ottoman ruling elite did.
In any case, she was rotten from laziness and a life of idleness.
