Is Bojack Horsman a good show?

I didnt know much about the series besides it looking like the jack in the box of adult cartoons. But it aprently shows the ugly ass side of holly wood, celebertys and the main character is a 50 pedophile. Didnt think a show would be that edgy. Either way should I get into the show?
