Yes, if you're obese, you're volcel.

Being overweight can happen through unfortunate circumstances + agoraphobia + stress. But no amount of stress or genetics will cause you to be obese. If you're obese, it's because you choose to. Eating massive quantities of food and being sedentary is a prerequisite for being obese.

Sometimes losing weight is all that you need to become attractive. If you're obese and you haven't tried losing weight it could partially explain why you're not finding a mate.

It is a choice, yes. But it is also a discipline. Modern food has become extremely available and extremely efficient. Those who have below average will power will easily succumb to the modern diet. There is no excuse for becoming a lard.

You can starve yourself until your skinny but even when your done being fat your body is still going to be destroyed and your skin that fit well when you were fat as hell is going to be like a wearing a bedsheet over your skeleton that is covered in stretch marks. You'll never fill all that skin with muscle and will be flappy forever fat or not.

i would say if you're incel being thin is the choice. if you go that route you're constantly going to be fighting fatness due to the depression, posioned food supply, comfort eating ect. the real issue is when someone is ugly or has bad social skills there really isn't any reason for them to looks match. so why fight the fatness?

It's completely a choice.
Some people have better metabolism and/or a higher level of ambient physical activity and thus have a easier time staying fit with "seemless" effort. This doesn't mean slow metabolismfags or sedetaryfags can't lose weight, though. Anyone below 40 BMI can get into normal levels within ~2 years if they stick to a food routine and do ~2 hours of light cardio per week.

When you are depressed it's kinda hard finding motivation to regularly exercise and keep in shape. Yes being obese is a choice and on top of that just one symptom of your life being shit and having problems. No normal people let themselves go so much that they become a landwhale.
