No, your abomination PC has can have the same charisma as a Galagulachadulus, Some ttrpgs like GURPS have spend character points on your appearance, or gain points by making you ugly(which you can use on other stats)
In real life, I forgot to spend my CP on usefull stuff like strength, intelligince, good family backgrounds and wasted them that's why I am here.
