3090 was realistically like $2500 most of its run so in a way it's cheaper lol

plus 3090 ti was like $1900 too

It's too expensive but yeah I would definitely get one if I could if it works on AM4 - although it will be heavily cpu gated so not that great.

I don't think AM5 is worth it yet considering the DDR5 CL timings.
