Is anyone else losing the ability to feel any empathy for anyone outside of family and those who are blackpilled?

For example I could see something like this and not care, sometimes even laugh. But something like this would have a normie grabbing a tissue box. I only really ever get bothered if something is affecting me personally. Not even family gets my full care sometimes because I feel like even they can be against me.

I just don’t feel the need to waste my time caring about a world that doesn’t care about me and shows great disgust towards me. I mean hell, even kids would/do see me as as a disgusting goblin because of how I look.
