Is anyone else "Indian appearing" but not Indian?

When most people see me they seem certain that I am Indian. I am actually Iranian, and there are people in my family who range from very light and white-passing, to very dark. I myself look extremely Indian.

It kind of sucks. No one in my family has anything to do with India, I know nothing about Indian culture, and yet I am considered an Indian. And it just so happens that to women, Indian men are the least sexually desired race.

I think a large part of the reason I have been incel is just that I am Indian-appearing. Women look at my brown skin color and associate it with pathetic Indian white-worshippers who have no self awareness, or self-respect, and they think I am like that, and that my family is like that. I think if I were just a couple of shades lighter to the point that I didn't look Indian, it would be a vastly different world for me.

I'm Indian but I can't even speak the gay language so I am worse of than a mixed race because they at least get to be half of something I'm just a nobody

Curries can look Southern European to black and everything in between. Chandra Bose looked East Asian. And Myron Gaines sometimes looks Pakistani.
