Serious Is anyone else here a truecel?

Every single pic I have seen from other users or incels l get mogged by.
The only type of incel I could mog is a severely deformedcel or a gigamanlet with a bad face.
I dont even know how incels who show their face on video or picture is a real incel.
As a truecel I never show my face on anything in fear of being judged.

I have about the exact same things altough I also got a big assymetrical ugly bulbous nose.

I got all that except the horse face and acne. I lucked out with my midface.. but I have the worlds tiniest least dimorphic chin. I cover that up with a beard and it boosts me up a little bit.. but the norwooding is absolute death sentence.. I’d need to be like 6’7” to pull off my current forehead/hairline

Yeah thats me, It's been going better actually but in a few weeks I'm going back for more chemotherapy and stuff.
