im gonna present a topic that is very important to people under 20, especially under 16.
first im gonna say no doctor will ever you tell this, but its probably one of the most important things your'e going to hear.
if you are under 18, there is a massive room for improvement, your body is still being shaped at this age and everything you do have a significant impact on your life moving forward. this is mostly true for people under 16.
your bone development,eyesight,muscle,heart and facial features are still being shaped right now, meaning this is not your final form. you can still save yourself from inceldom with exercise and nutrition.
your body stops growing somewhere around 23, this is also true for your dick and height. so take advantage of the time you have now to make lifestyle improvements, even at the cost of good grades or going to school.
i neglected myself when i was 15 and my testosterone levels were utter shit at that time. so my body had delayed growth, don't be like me.
