im gonna present a topic that is very important to people under 20, especially under 16.
first im gonna say no doctor will ever you tell this, but its probably one of the most important things your'e going to hear.
if you are under 18, there is a massive room for improvement, your body is still being shaped at this age and everything you do have a significant impact on your life moving forward. this is mostly true for people under 16.
your bone development,eyesight,muscle,heart and facial features are still being shaped right now, meaning this is not your final form. you can still save yourself from inceldom with exercise and nutrition.
your body stops growing somewhere around 23, this is also true for your dick and height. so take advantage of the time you have now to make lifestyle improvements, even at the cost of good grades or going to school.
i neglected myself when i was 15 and my testosterone levels were utter shit at that time. so my body had delayed growth, don't be like me.

I dont believe this, look at your dads or grandparents year book from his highschool (If you ever find one) or anyone whos 40+, every male teenager who was 16 - 17, they usually looked like a Chad by todays standards and they also looked like how 20 year old guys look today. Environmental impacts certainly have a massive impact. Sitting for hours on the internet daily or video games, eating processed crap and whatever else.

During puberty there is so much you can do
Train very hard, you will never loose your the muscles you build during puberty, also your t levels will be higher, you will look better, be smarter, etc
Also if you start mewing at an early age, you will have a godlike jaw
Of course that might not be the case with everyone, but you have to be such genetic garbage, and most people are not
Its just that most people sat at home during puberty, did not eat right, did not train, were socially isolated, had an exhausted facial expression and therefore a weak muscle tension, which all worsened your looks

Autism is due to toxins in the environment and later births
autoimmune disease is due to toxins and stress (and teeth grinding putting pressure on the brain in the case of MS)

I stopped growing taller at 14. Stopped growing facial hair at 15. My hair texture changed from straight to wavy around that age as well. I think I look pretty much the same with when I was 15-16. Some people develop till early 20s thats a fact. My uncle told me he grew taller in his early 20s.

I wish I knew this when I was a teenager, from the age 12-17 I was severly malnourished and underweight from only eating potatochips and soda, the result is that my bones are small and my muscles are weak. I realized that your bones are your life when I was 17 so I started eating and training but it was too late.

The only training i did was pushups, but i did those through out all my puberty, im 186 cm, im taller than my dad, and taller than my mom, and the same height as my brother
So doing some training wont affect your growth, maybe if you do like squads all the time, with too much weight, yeah, but not from doing push ups, sit ups etc
Either way, what i wanted to say is, that i still have the iron breast muscles from puberty, i never lost those
I can fucking make my tits jump up and down if i want to, i look ripped , i have a great frame, simply because i did some pushups while growing up
Now imagine how i would have looked like if i did the full program during puberty and add mewing on top of that
I would have gained a few points on the looks scale for sure

Well at 19, you have until about 23 before your facial features stop developing. The biggest attractive feature in a man, is his jaw. Testosterone can cause the Jaw to grow, also the browbone, maxilla and basically encourages Facial protrustion. Which is something all attractive men have and nearly all incels lack. but only during puberty, because it releases a ton of more Growth hormone. But once you are about 23, 24 for sure the body is done changing the bone structures and that is the face you are left with and only change will be wrinkles and age.

I had a symmetrical face up till 15. My parents made sure I ate nutritious home cooked meals. But then at age 15 I started eating junk food every day, and by 16 my face became highly asymmetrical.

Generally i'd agree.
The most aesthetic part of the body would be having wide shoulders and 80% of your shoulder width is already done before the age of 12.

Peptides to increase growth hormone would be much better for people aged 14 to around 22 tbh so you can maximise your shoulder girdle/wrist size.
Testosterone would only be useful for those who have low test at parts of their puberty, which i was and i think it's becoming alot more common nowadays

- Good nutrition. Low sugar, Low salt, High carbs (good for DHT I think), High fat (Good for T), High caffeine (Increase DHT), Broccoli (lower estrogen). Basically everything that encourages testosterone production.

- Gymcelling. Every week going to the gym 2-3 times doing only compound lifts (6-9 reps, good for testosterone).
- Sleep (Atleast 7 hours)
- Cold showers
- Nofap (Highest streak is 5.. day 1 already is torture).
- Mewing for maxilla remodeling.


Might just be puberty but my chin/Brow bone has gotten way stronger. Cheekbones got wider these past 2 months. Jaw doesn't grow for shit.
Ultra-high baby-fat on face even though I am around 13-14% bf (abs visible).

Can I improve more?

May sound too RP but I am doing everything to escape this shithole called inceldom. I hate it here and want to ascend but its impossible it seems. Too high inhibition and low social intelligence ffs
