For some reason I always get intrusive thoughts when I’m at the gym. When I train heavy, I get tired and anxious. And when I’m anxious, I get intrusive thoughts. That’s my theory atleast.
Anyway, today I was at the gym. I was training legs and using the leg press machine. It was so heavy and exhausting which gave me anxiety. And then I suddenly started having intrusive thoughts about my crush. I imagined myself grabbing her phone and scrolling through her social media accounts. And then I imagined myself finding conversations of her talking with random guys and exchanging nudes with them.
I obviously have no idea if this is true or not. But the possibility of it being true is what made me so anxious. I always imagined her as an innocent girl, not a slut.
Does anyone else suffer from intrusive thoughts?
