Interviewing with white/asian foids

I'm black and have an impossible time interviewing with white/Asian foids above 30. It's like they just hate me to begin with. Starring at me blankly as I speak across the table, my weak attempts at the rapport shit don't help it either. Do any of my fellow brown and black cels have problems with this aswell? What can I do? I need more money for JAV.
