I get so Fucking insecure when I see a woman irl. For some reason I feel helpless and disappointed at what I have become when I occasionally do go outside. I have this lust factor to talk to them but I swiftly remember who I actually am. It enrages me for a while but I find a cope to distract myself pretty quickly.

I have trained myself through pavlovian conditioning to get angry at the site of attractive and average foids, this way I avoid them but I am low inhib enough to not be too self conscious, hate is a great alleviator of insecurity
