Yeah it's study hard, nose to the grind, be confident and know how to talk to people and someday you'll get a wife. But again it's not completely the fault of guys there. The system that is spreading from western culture is at odds with what worked before. The old system used to work when women didn't know or expect any better. But now it's gone particularly in the cities. The villages and more rural less technologically developed areas are the last places with vestiges of the old culture.

Indian culture, it's completely status driven. Since women have traditionally been kept on a leash there, their parents typically married them off to a rich guy who mostly became rich from working hard and studymaxxing. Curries are shocked when they realise this to not be the case in the West, where sanitation workers are looked upon equally as doctors and engineers.
