Impossible. There is no cure for autism and the "medications" for other mental illnesses like schizophrenia/ADHD/depression/etc. are no cures at all and the side effects can fuck a body completely up - e.g. becoming lethargic, fat, losing sex drive, etc. A personality is the result of prerequisites and years of environmental influences like experience and that's why it's a bad joke when people tell you "Get a better personality".
Learning social skills with autism is (nearly) impossible, imagine learning for an exam as a mentally-handicapped child with no capabilities of understanding the subject matter, you can only learn everything by hard, but the knowledge is only applicable in known situations, as soon as a new situation appears you are again lost and won't make it (at least not in a socially accepted time-span), while intelligence is mental/intellectual flexibility, neurotypicality is social flexibility, even if you learn everything social by hard as an autist, you are thrown off the rails as soon as a new situation appears. You are someone who has to navigate without the social compass ingrained into the brain of normalfags, which is fine in known territorities, but impossible in new surroundings. And due to human beings being unpredictable new surroundings appear every few seconds.
If you are neither a chad nor a mental disorder and have a mental disorder it's over for you.
