i often go to this gas station to buy cigs. today i went there again but i forgot the id to show im overage at home and then he said he cant handle them out to me. i was like dont you know me, i come here often. he says: no i dont

This or small businesses that you frequent don’t give a fuck about you and don’t even acknowledge you but you buy from them multiple times a week.
Would it kill them to say “Welcome back” at least?
