lol man i am living what i type... i am a loser....i have all day to contemplate....literally ldaring.....anyway i think my problem is i need to do something but im not fortunate enough to be smart or high iq enough to do computer sci. and or engineering or stem cell or whatever so i am gonna have to godo a trade most likely but everytime i leave the house i realize how subhuman i am... everytime from others peoples reactions to how i act around them... video games kept the demons away but i lost that due to lack of money to support it and i was trying to better myself in the process but ended up ldaring

Its true that baseline of intelligence is genetic; however you can increase it with mental stimulation and exercise. If i know correctly increased stress, cortisol can harm your cognitive abilities aswell.


So calm down, take a deep breath and try to get your life in order.

Are you playing a game? Play it in a different language, opentge translate in your phone/device and try to memorize the words. Use your device in a different language, try mental mathematic exercises in order to stimulate your brain. Try stretching and an exercise routine.


I know these can sound like "bluepilled" advice however they will really help you, not in dating life but your life in general.
