Why do that to yourself? Why choose to forgo one of the few pleasures the worthless incel life affords you?

I had a conversation with a skinnyfag a while back. He called me a pig because I eat for pleasure. I told him the fuck am i supposed to eat for, survival? We're not ooga boogas living on the african plains. We're not gazelles. Eating for pleasure is a markedly human trait. The Roman elites used to stuff their faces, throw up, then stuff them again because they understood life is short, food is one of its great pleasures and that moderation is for inferior peoples.

If you hate normies its because you think they're inferior. Stop imitating them then. Skinniness is a normie trait. They're skinny because of the social benefits it gets them. You can't get sex. You don't have friends. Why are you a skinnyfag? What will you achieve?

Women are disgusted by ugly men but fat and ugly absolutely enrages them. If you wanna contribute to the cause the least you can do is get fat.

You might bring up health complications but all that can be mitigated through resistance training.

You're not trying hard enough. Your calorie intake needs to outstrip your metabolic rate. Eat more. Do better.

Those are rookie numbers, I spent €25/day in Spain and I was in a good shape back then.
 
When you're a incel and choose to be a skinnyfag you're worse off. Inceldom carries higher health risks than moderate obesity.

Food makes you happier. If you complement that with weight training to stave off some of the nastier side effects you're better off health wise. Of course extreme obesity like Israel Kamakawiwoʻole will fuck you over but regular weight training should stop it getting to that stage.

Ideally you eat what you want, lift, and dont get fat but few people are gifted that benefit

Junk food is pretty cheap, it's also calorie dense. You can get a frozen pizza for £3, that's around 1400 calories just from that.
 
This has to be the most retarded idea I have ever read about on this website, Being obese gives you dozens of painful health problems that kill you very slowly, I'm already going through enough agony why would I want more? Eventually I will have to work if I want to be able to feed myself and there is good chance that the work I would get would be physical which would become painful if I was out of shape. Overeating is also not pleasurable at all because It makes you feel bloated which is an such awful feeling.

Finally being in shape isn't a normalfag trait at all, actual fitness is one of the most autistic hobbies that someone can have, the amount of time effort required to properly build your own workout and diet plan is beyond the scope of what normalfags are willing to do. There is a reason why in normalfag movies people who go the gym all the time are portrayed as dumb meatheads, It's because normalfags secretly actually hate fitness. Thus fitness provides one of the only pathways to gain a upper hand on normalfags.

She tossed him about like a sack of shit while he desperately tried to fight back without success. Now granted he's not an mma fighter but he still would have had the edge over her in combat skills and experience. Yet this warpig destroyed him. You absolutely cannot mitigate the health problems of being obese with weight lifting and walking, Gymceling is very sustainable if and only if you have the right mindset. If your trying to gymcel to get a girlfriend, you're gonna be depressed when you don't get any results. However if you are doing it to get stronger, then your going to be able to see the results as you see yourself being able to lift more and more over time.

I've seen that video too and it looked like he didn't want to throw any punches or kicks even though he had many opportunities too. He instead got into a sumo match with somebody a lot bigger then him and too no surprise lost. It's like that video of that guy jump kicking a fat guy in the stomach over and over again instead of hitting him in the legs or the head. Both videos serve as prime fatso cope.

Punches wont have anywhere near the impact on a fat angry incel who also lifts. By the time the cumulative damage can start to have an effect that gymcel or mma cunt will be 6 feet under

I’m naturally lean so I can eat as much junk food as physically possible and not gain weight. 3,500-4,000 calories a day of junk food and still 160
