Go to the "Must-Read" section of this forum, which presents exactly what you mentioned, give a general look to all of them, then go to IncelTears and Twitter, and see if they screenshoted any of our arguments.

If your counter arguments to this will boil down to "Stop saying those things", my response is, they don't care.

Words are cheap. People vent their emotions after lives filled with nothing but rejection, abuse and isolation. In reality, most of us barely leave the house, don't talk much to people and have never harmed anyone. In fact, while in the realm of social reality the connection between thinking of yourself as an incel and violent behavior is already established, in the realm of objective reality it seems a bit less certain.

You are getting high on playing speach police, because that is cheap and easy, while doing something about real violent criminals would be difficult and dangerous and require a lot of effort.

Edit: Actually, after reading your post in full, I guess my first knee-jerk reaction was unwarrented. I think I mostly agree with what you say, though I would add that there is a degree to which we will be asociated with violence anyways, just because MSM and academia are ideological enemies. We don't have to make it easier for them than it has to be, but not all of the responsibility rests on our shoulders. Both the propagandists informing public opinion about us and the normies unwilling or incapable to think for themselves are part of the picture as well.

Also, public debates are a bad choice in regards to how ideas should be spread. Not only are they anti-intellectual, because without time compile data, check claims and read through studies cited, it all becomes mostly about 'oratory skills', but how effective those skills are depends on how people think of you from the start. Viewers know who they want to win before you open your mouth. And they hate us. Going on there is asking your enemies to treat and judge you fairly, out of the kindness of their heart and their deep devotion to truth-seeking. Too strong a bias against us already present.

If one of us participates in some debate style event, it should only be under favorable circumstances, meaning either the audience or the other participants need to be at least somewhat on our side. Otherwise it's doomed to become another PR desaster.
