Due to the high population, hotter girls, greater degenerate atmosphere, and greater independence/freedom available in cities, sui fuel and sexual activity is ubiquitous everywhere. I propose that incels would be much happier living as a hermit in the rural countryside undisturbed by other people, and where traditional values are valued. The problem with that is it is easy for others to find you and fuck you up. In a city you are kinda safe in numbers, or at least statistics, that robbers and murderers get someone else other than yourself.

Another problem is in the rural areas you have to be a handy man or typically know how to use common sense or get out of situations. There are scarce resources and people are hundreds of miles away from you. If you fall or break a leg or the toilet breaks you are FUCKED! Since our type of people aren't really mechanically inclined to fix things.

The last point I'd like to make is that even though I am an Incel I enjoy to people watch. I don't know why. I like to look out my window and see people going out and about and daydream about their lives. This helps sexually because I also take creepshots of girls at the pool. In a rural area I'd have no outlet for my people watching or my sexual gratification of creepshots.
