Depends on the country. For some it would be enough to bring back monogamy and a strict social code (especially with religious undertones and strict social reprisals for wrongdoings; like a few decades ago), in the West a big economic crisis would be favorable for the men here who have the potential of accumulating wealth (=wealthmaxxing) during it, because then the influence of money could increase and we have a new playing field. And then there are the countries with the totally fucked-up gender ratio, in these countries there is no non-dystopian approach to solving these issues, because incels would always exist (mathematically speaking). These are the most optimistic ideas for (partially) fixing it, but they are utopian under our circumstances.

This. Technology was Pandora's Box. Globalization in general. Economically speaking it was a catastrophe because you nowadays have to compete with far more qualified people who can be paid less (see outsourcing) and socially speaking also (because of the availability of chads). Competition is nothing good for the average man. The less competition, the better it is. Sadly, there is almost no way of turning back, because technology that was created as our slave has made its master the slave.
