How well are you treated by women in work scenarios?

I work close to the entrance in a establishment that gets constant people walking in and out.
I've noticed that my interactions with women are quite low, despite being there for well over
2 years and knowing the community. Whenever a customer appears like they want to talk (a female)
I receive what I call a warm cold shoulder, where they try to abruptly end the conversation after
hi how are you.

I've had traumatic experiences here as well with women just ignoring, or telling me not to talk
to them, as someone who is working for a business its been quite bad. I've had good interactions
as well, but these are a minority.

I have to mention that female employees have been fine. Due to discrimination (not being promoted
even after high performance) women my age are now progressing while i stay at the bottom level.
I've just had my company say they want to use me to promote them through my high performance.
I had to correct a area manager for inaccuracies in her work, she acted like she was thankful, but
i think she was reeling.

We're noticing in the incel community a lot of men who are not progressing and staying
at the bottom levels in their careers.

When I used to work, it was a mixture of glares, or ignoring me. If they needed something from me, they would always send the same foid on their behalf, or only communicate via teams.

If I had to go fix something on their computers in person, most of them wouldn't even look at me, they would just mutter single words at a time when I tried speaking to them. It was as if I had taken them hostage, kek.

That's how most people react to me unfortunately.

Im ignored by them and by everyone around me for the most part, it helps i dont need to interact with much people

So, as I’m sure you guys already know. I work in an exclusive male environment. The few instances that women are introduced to our workplace is for medical/logistical reasons, since women do take those roles in the military

Here’s my experience.

I’m usually ignored and not even looked at, unless the main concern or interested party is me. For example.

-I’m picking up supplies for the platoon
-Or I’m injured and need to see a corpsman.

In these cases the foids typically try to get their job over with as quickly as possible (me included because I rather not have a foid helping me or even talking to me)

Conclusion: literally nothing happens and I’m still a fucking incel.

If you never get promoted or given any value, simply quiet quit. Do the bare minimum. This
is what I will be doing from now on. The contract relies on me. I am about to do what I call
a work-holiday.

I will do just as much as the others - i've done enough over 2 years not to warrant being
sacked.

You’d be surprised how many in the military already do this. Terminal Lance being a famous term in the Corp for dudes who can’t meet the requirements to hit Corporal. Or simply refuse to accept further responsibilities.

Anyways. It’s a common sentiment in most jobs I believe. Just casually check out after a certain amount of time.

I’m leaving soon. I’ll make sure all of you are tracking on my retirement though. Trust me :feelsautistic:
