Story time, in highschool at the end of 4 years I did a background check on 31 students in my all male class. I concluded that 16 of them ended high school as incels. It's definitely rising, AFAIK. At least in my anecdotal experience, not a lot of men are incel, but most young normie men are "Incel-ish", meaning that unless they have a GF, they rarely have sex (like, maybe once or twice a year, if they even have sex), and they put insane amounts of effort on the dating aspect of their lives. After they get their lives sorted out (around mid-late 20s), suddenly a slew of plain janes come out of the woodwork trying to betabuxx them up, and that's how your average normie guy gets trapped in a shitty marriage that probably will end in a divorce.
