Mushy peas or baked beans - they have lots of soluble fibre which aids you passing stools and lubricates your insides. If that doesn't sort it out in a few weeks maybe try adding prunes or a small amount of prune juice to your diet. Just be careful with prune juice. To much will produce "explosive" results.
BTW OP - you should eat a bunch of bananas and see if that helps.
