I did exactly that for a year straight back when I was still coping. Literally fucking tens of pictures daily just to try to find a truth that was never there. It was all a desperate measure of coping.
Whenever I need a sweet reminder of my subhumanity, I open the front facing camera on my phone, stare at my face for about 5 seconds and then I am reminded why I shouldn't do that. A few months pass and then rinse and repeat.
Additionally, I don't look in mirrors or at old photos if possible.
Not me sorry, it's bad enough when family members take photos with me in them and upload them to social media, I stick out like a sore thumb. Even when I try and smile for the picture I just look extra special.
