Every year I get this irritably simple problem that could may as well not exist for no reason

This time I hit the double jackpot, where I had that yellow filth stored in two places on one toe and so far despite spending more than an hour, I only got out one of those culprits. This time I'm somewhat worried, since it's usually can be resolved in 10 minutes the same day and if it doesn't go away I will be visiting pharmacy tomorrow, to get some thin needles that go in easily, since the pinpoint of circle tool that I have hardly even pierce skin and nail clippers go 2 mm max
