All of this by a once unknown man who suffered homelessness who served in WW1 where he then became a war hero. He overcame obstacle, over obstacle, over obstacle, in spite of overwhelming odds. And still retained his values and pride. You may disagree with what he said; but he didn't fill the brains of his people with empty platitudes, mantras, and sedate them with mind-numbing consumerist politics. He wasn't for the status quo and didn't make his people conform to horrific modernity. He actually stood for something and had integrity; a far cry from your typical politician. And most importantly, he actually had a vision and not just vague baseless gestures of what 'could be' in the future. For, he went and actually did it. That's a thing no ordinary man could've done. Simple as.
