Playing as a female in middle age/fantay settings is fucking retarded. No girl could fight a horde of muscular 8 feet orcs.
However in Tomb Raider/Resident Evil/Silent Hill it is fine, because you being a vulnerable thing exposed to deadly trap/monsters/scary tombs is part of the appeal. This is different and can make the game even better. In these games I see myself just as an observer or friend who give advice rather than self-insert. Also using guns, even females can do it so it makes sense. Sword wielding females or even archer females are fucking retarded tough. Bows require a shit ton of strength.
I think what it is about female protagonists that SJW’s promote or push for that pisses us off, turns us off or makes us wretch at the idea is because we know the type of female they’d push for to be a videogame protagonist would be your typical SJW trope that they feel should be automatically viewed as a videogame or movie hero regardless of their weaknesses and or shortcomings just because you know? Girrrrrrrl power and it’s the current year and other such SJW politically correct nonsense rationalizations.
Also to explain what I mean by an SJW trope female character...
Fat, weak, ugly, ignorant, female lead character wearing an obnoxious nose ring or covered in a billion ugly tattoos and have various different colored hairstyles and or one half of her head shaved etc, etc and or be a nigger or related non white or a non white midget/dwarf trans whatever in addition to the aforementioned babbling incoherently about white privilege etc, etc.
The character pisses us off on multiple fronts because usually the SJW’s try and get such a pathetic piece of shit character to replace a beloved already well established main protagonist from a highly successful game franchise because in their tiny retard brains they believe by latching on to that which is already successful will give their sick SJW ideas a new successful platform to be heard and thereby indoctrinate the public from but nope all their attempts to shoe horn their sick in the head character into such a game do is produce mass outrage from the gaming community and leave the game an utter failure {cough cough TLOU2 cough}.
Secondly the SJW’s don’t want to put in work and do the right thing by simply establishing their own game franchise with their own cast of mentally ill LGBTQ trans midget nigger dwarf weirdo characters and they don’t do this for two reasons ie too much work for them and they know that it won’t sell anyway.
Thirdly we don’t like the SJW girl power shit because it’s try hard and forced.
The reason male and female audiences alike loved and accepted Sarah Connor/Linda Hamilton in Terminator 1&2 and Lieutenant Ellen Ripley/Sigourney Weaver in the Alien franchise as female badasses and hero characters is because they were presented naturally and organically and how you might imagine a real life woman just might survive in those situations.
The Sarah Connor character unlike an SJW trope didn’t immediately start off as a badass because muh girrrrl power, she gradually became one over time to survive and she learned directly how to from a trained survivor and soldier from the future that being the Kyle Reese character. She also had a strong motivation to survive since the life of her future son and humanity itself literally hung in the balance and was dependent on her doing so which led to her character’s epic physical and emotional transformation we saw in T2 that had just started to get going at the end of T1. She made the psychological and physical journey gradually from timid mouse to in your face warrior. Again how that differs from SJW female protagonists is had they controlled the Terminator franchise from its beginning the Sarah Connor character would be wrecking the Terminators shit from the very beginning. She’d be so overpowered and Mary Sue’d up there’d literally be no need for a sequel.
As for Alien we loved it and it was believable because the Ellen Ripley character was just a normal low or mid ranking female soldier like character placed in a very bad situation she and her crew mates were all deceptively led to believe would simply be a mundane operation. She believably won a deadly hide and seek game with what amounted to a deadly, viscious and violent giant space insect not because she was the ultimate female badass from the start but because she had a decent amount of time to learn its ways as she and the crew attempted to find it and try to kill it or blow it out of the airlock after it burst out of the chest of another member of their crew.
An SJW Mary Sue by comparison would’ve grabbed the alien immediately after it emerged from the crew mates chest and quickly and safely killed it with either a pencil through the eye or a butter knife through it’s dome being careful not to get any of its acid on her skin and then just roll the credits, the end, SJW female protagonist saves the day in yet another highly unrealistic and unlikely way blech.
