They can't even get mad or insult you when they reject you.

I've asked out this girl I like 3 times, and if I ever confront her if she likes me or not etc she always evades and deflects.

usually women don't feel bad for this sort of thing , if they feel bad maybe there is still hope for you. Also don't expect women to be upfront with you very few till you in your face that you are ugly, you should learn to read their tone of voice ,their facial expression and body language when you are with one.
