too hot where I live to even wear long-sleeved shirts

I actually hated wearing hoodies, for most of my life, until very recently. When i bought myself a nice, black, cozy hoodie, which i now wear almost every single day.
Plus sometimes black glasses even if no sunlight to avoid direct eye2eye contact.

I always wear something similar to this but with a different camo color pattern.
But for all of my teen years it was impossible to wear something like this since I lived in a place where it was constantly 30 degrees Celsius.
Brutal.
Never mind I found my jacket after searching, it's the one above.
It had a hood too.
