If you go to gym to train and do leg-days to get a 'well-proportioned' body then you are a fucking NERD.

As an incel the probability that a woman other than your mother will ever see your quads is next to zero. Instead what you should been doing is upper body exercises using only machines so that you can get a half decent body and have people actually notice you go the the gym whenever you have a shirt on. Don't do compound movements unless you want to injure yourself in the long run.
 
If cooming counts as training my lower body then yes
 
I'm also a martialartscel so I'd be beyond retarded to neglect my lower body.
Besides, if I cared about how women will react to whichever part of my body, I wouldn't work out at all because they don't react at all.

I've never had a gym membership but I have a scar on my calf that I reveal to look at around once per day.
I don't claim it attracts women. My calves are muscular but my torso is weak. I used to take long walks before I decided do kms.

Why wouldn’t you do a simple exercise for free mass.

Legs are your point of leverage, if you don’t train legs you are not getting stronger, simple as that.
