I'm on winter break and there is nothing for me to do. It's the middle of the night here in burgerland and I have nothing to do except browse this forum, waiting for a notification, looking for interesting topics. Vidya is only so effective at coping.

If you have no obligations and are just coping away, your sleeping pattern will be all over the place. You'll wake up in the middleof the afternoon and stay up all night like you're nocturnal. You might wake up after 3 hours of sleep, check your laptop, then fall asleep for another 5-6 hours, because nothing is going on in your life.

Yeah feeling this. No obligations of any kind right now and I'm more of a mess than usual. Circadian rhythm in particular.
 
I'm a NEET but I always go to bed at the same time every night and wake up at the same time. I also go to bed really early. I guess I'm a rarity amongst NEETs.

i barely sleep and i am a wagecuck, it is hard to live like this, when i was 6month work nonstop everyweek i was at the breaking point. can't really fix it need to find some place to live alone but they are all too expensive. cant sleep with people making noise and that is quite common. probably should quit working and just move with my parents not like i am doing anything good or deserve of merit with my life.
 
i have been sleeping at around 7am and waking up a 3pm tbh. since i start school again that shit is gonna have to be fixed. sleeping pills it is

My sleep is so fucked up that the US government recognizes it as a genuine disability that prevents me from even having the capacity to work or hold a job, let alone be hired for one -- which doesn't matter since it only matters whether you're able to work, not whether you're able to be hired, for getting disability. That might sound like clown world to some of you, but a pool of surplus labor keeps unskilled labor cheap and disposable, so it doesn't make sense from a macroeconomic perspective to sustain people whose only real disability is being too ugly to pass a job interview.

My sleeping patterns are very random... I hate sleeping and hate being awake at the same time. I hate it all.

I suppose I have travel and frequent jet lag to blame, but even then I have really odd hours and my sleep cycle shifts around a lot. It's not too bad, though. I adjust my sleep cycle with varying amounts of coffee and alcohol as needed. I figured it out at boarding school.

i went to sleep at 4am woke up at 6am
 
Nightshift wage slave, Im never awake to get sunlight, when I am I have too much dread to care about the benefits of the sun as I dont think Ill be around in the future. Id rather just sleep an abnormally high amount of my day.

My body has no understanding of circadian rhythm as Ive given up. Doesnt help that I cant breathe well when Im asleep due to moderate drooling and narrow nasal passageways.
 
My sleep pattern corrects itself when classes start and I come home tired and immediately go to bed ( Sometimes ).
