Most incels, or most men honestly could diet for six months, lose 30 lbs of real fat and still be skinny fat / flabby and have love handles.

They see genetically elite chads on roids on youtube and think they only need to lose 10 lbs, but reality hits them hard as fuck and after six months of feeling like shit, they get destroyed.

The eternal incel is always skinny fat and there's not much he can do about it aside from dieting down to ultra low bodyweights.

The reason for this is that most incels (and average men) have very little muscle mass, which means that one has to auschwitzmaxx and be malnourished in order to be not skinny fat. The other option is gymmaxxing/roidmaxxing.

- 1 egg, 1 onion, omlete for breakfast (vegatarian)
- Tortilla wrap lettuce, tomato and onion for lunch (vegan)
- Single slice of pure beef steak for dinner (carnivore)

No soda, only mineral water and tea.

You're telling me if I locked you in a room for 2 weeks with only water and no food you wouldn't lose weight?

You're not fat enough to look obese, and you're not lean enough to have much muscle definition or vascularity. That means when you're skinnyfat and try to cut down, all you see in the mirror is your body shrinking but not really changing form, and you begin to rationalize to yourself that maybe you should stop dieting and try to bulk up. So you do that, then you gain back all the fat you lost and hardly any muscle. Thus, the dreaded skinnyfat cycle begins. All this could've been prevented if you'd tracked your waist circumference.

That's exactly me. My height makes me look slimmer than I am, but once you see me shirtless, you'll see that I'm fat, gut, manboobs and everything.(Fat only goes to my torso and my thighs and ass, but no where else)

This. Guys are fatter than they think. They need to get to a truly low body fat to have the lean look instead of just a smaller version of the skinny fat look.

Losing 50 pounds (typical amount skinny fat guys need to lose) on typical 500 calorie deficit (a deficit you can actually bear for longer than a week) would take 350 days. 95% of guys don't have the will for that. They can go 2 - 4 months max, if that.

Starvation diets (fasting in my case) are easier for me mentally.
 
Lift weights. It helps a ton with the skinny fat problem.

luckily my bodyfat was never high to begin with,all I had to do was just gain muscle.however,it is a very slow progress as a natural

That's pretty much how I escaped skinnyfatistan. Cycling between brutal 4-week 1000+ calorie deficit cuts and careful 10-12 week 300-500 calorie surplus bulks. Of course, I know now that even 300 is excessive for a natty bulk in most cases including mine, but it still worked even if it wasn't the most efficient way.

I tried keto, i tried doing light weights lifting, but guess what, no fucking change at all. I don't want to fast and lose the little bit of muscle that i have, and can't stand fucking starving when my mental health is pure shit, and want to rope everyday.

Do you think stacys and chad or even normies starve themselves and count every calories they eat in order to be attractive enough to be in a relationships? Fuck no, they don't. They eat like dumpsters but due to genetics they are still beautiful.

Anyways I think the only way would be stronglift 5x5, but to end up being average at best for having a shitty genetics to start with is demotivating as fuck.

There's a limit to how much muscle you can carry even with roids, and not everyone who does roids wants to be a massive hulking roidmonster. Maintenance is pretty underrated imo.

You can take finasteride with test. The risk won't completely go away, but it will be mitigated.

This is indeed cope for skinnyfat guys. Most guys have barely any muscle and they're at 20%+ bf. They need to lose 20-30+lbs of pure fat to get anywhere close to 12% bf.
Skinnyfat/fat losers see BMI and ideal weight statistics and they think it applies to them. When you have no muscle your ideal weight isn't say 175lbs at 5'11", it's more like 145lbs at 5'11" if you want to be at 12% bf.

I would prefer to do it when it when I have money set aside for a hair transplant. Fin is too risky too, either from limp dick or not being effective

I’m a gymcel but I’m prone to getting skinny fat if I stop working out, and progress for me is SLOW. And despite my gymceling, I have a stubborn spare tire that won’t go away
