my coworkers always asked me if i wanted some coffee from the office because i always came into work looking tired. that's just my face dreading coming into the office at all and hating what I have to do for money. now i work from home and still get it from time to time

we were in a conference call and I can't just "turn on" or be "bubbly" so I just used my normal sounding voice. during that week my boss scheduled a meeting and at the end of the meeting he gave me a number to a mental health line . i guess even my voice sounds defeated.
