I failed yet another job interview recently (with a foid) and received feedback saying I was nervous. I didn't feel nervous and spoke very fluently for an autist so the only possible explanations are:

  • I'm ugly and it was just an excuse
  • I'm ugly and I used no body language
  • I'm ugly and didn't actually speak like a normie. Not enough vocal variations and shit
Despite being able to mimic NT verbal communication (it's mentally draining though), I can't understand how the fuck I'm supposed to move my hands and head around like our ape ancestors did in order to appear as a normal, confident homosapiens. Yet another useless thing which normies value for no rational reason. Even if I'd practice it, there's no way I'd be able to focus on speaking normally and moving my hands around simultaneously.

i don't, unless im unaware of it, i just monotonously talk and nervously laugh when I have to

Constantly, not NT. When I'm stressed I try my very best to make it show. I don't really know why, I guess I just feel entitled to do so.

Constantly, not NT.

I gesture like crazy. My race is white but my hands must be latino or something.

Never, not NT. My body language makes me look even more autistic.

I think that universally the best hand position (while sitting) is to have them loosely clasped in front of you. As you're talking, you want to often undo the clasp and move your hands to the rhythm of your speech, somewhat symmetrically.
Though if you weren't tapping your fingers/legs or had your arms crossed, the issue most likely was the eye contact.
Proper eye contact is tricky to learn, I can offer some advice. You can't avoid looking into normie's eyes and you don't want to stare at their face all the time either. Ideally, you want to maintain eye contact about 60-70% of the time. The optimal continuous stare is about 4-5 sec. You take 1-3 sec "breaks" by looking into the distance behind the interviewer, looking at your hands or by raising your eyes as if you were thinking about how to answer (even if you don't need to do it). You also take a break if the interviewer does it (they can feel the gaze even if they're not focusing on your face).
If there are two interviewers, it's easy mode - you maintain eye contact with the one who's asking the question, while you're answering you look into their eyes for about 4sec at a time and you take ~2sec breaks by looking into the other person's eyes. Total eye contact in this scenario should be 80-90%.

I had to teach myself how to use body language.
Not a pleasant experience

My dick to small for body language

I'm making weird hand gestures constantly, cuz my pulse is going crazy when I have to talk to people

Dude why the fuck are there so many options.
Thread hurts my soul btw

Thread options are limited and too restrictive, I use body language a lot and I'm not normie tier, its just something you pick up and you start doing passively because you've observed others doing it

For example "talking with your hands" (Gesticulate), I do that a lot
