I'm terrible at squatting. I prefer deadlifts. My PR is only 250lbs/125kg tho (for 4 reps)

I can lift that kind of weight with a single arm
 
I can't even squat 50kg for reps because I have arthritis.
I have sciaticaI in my leg, ironically standing is the only thing that doesn't make it hurt.
 
I wish I could do a proper bodyweight squat.

On the side note I'm unable to do even 1 correct push-up.


I used to do 30 in one rep when I was a bit gymmaxxed and that was already few but now I can't even do 1. Over.
 
When I was gymcelling I could squat over 225 but couldn't even bench a plate.
 
I can't do bodyweight squats more than 20 times. I won?
 
When I was in college, I took a weight lifting course. I put all the weight on the leg press machine. I think the teacher got jealous because he gave me a B in the class.

I was a football (American) player, so I already knew how to lift weights. The problem is I never looked like I could lift weights, I just looked fat.

So you have this big, fat guy literally lifting more weights than your old ass gym teacher with a perfect body.
 
I have the body of T-rex because of too much squats.

I warmed up with 125kg squats before deadlifting (100% srs).
 
You can be a femine skinny guy and still get women if you have a good looking face. Gymceling is for ugly men
 
My deadlift pr is 180kg and bench 115kg.
My squat has always been terrible because my right knee is messed up.
