Jfl I have hypothyroidism since I was 15. Hypothyroidism can be caused by genetics or shitty diet. I'm the only one in my family that have it so it's due to shitty diet. Hypothyroidsim is a death sentence tbh if it's not diagnosed quickly.

A mix tbh. I remember having social anxiety in elementary school even before puberty made me an ugly loser. That one is definitely one that is a mixture of genes and environment, which is why I argue that "self-improvement" and upbringing can determine whether an average dude becomes incel or successful normie.

I agree. I was a little shy during primary school. When I was in middle and high school I was a low inhib god (except when it comes to foids) but at university I've quickly become very high inihb. I think my high inhib/social anxiety is caused by my ugliness (foids rejection) and environment (tyrannical parents, bullying during middle school).

mouthbreathing and chewing during puberty are actually legit they've shown studies using aboriginal australians who eat non westernized diets and their jaws and palates are legit slayer. That is mostly the jaw though.

it affects testosterone, prevents growth (especially height), looking younger than your actual age, puffy face, hair loss, etc. I had my thyroid removed by a fucking thirdworld doctor when I was 15. He didn't explain to me what did he remove. He just said to me that he removed a tumor. He didn't give me levothyroxine either. At that time, I was pretty tall than people in my age but without thyroid hormones and without levothyroxine for almost 2 years my life was fucked. I even was on the verge of death. Even after taking levothyroxine, I was shorter than most of guys of my age, my face still look like the face of a 17 years old boy... I know my case is extreme however hypothyroidism can affect your growth and testosterone level.
 
IT told me it's because of my personality and lack of confidence that I'm ethnic, have a shit frame, have thin wrists, have shit skin, have scars, have bug eyes, have huge nose, have discoloured lips, have bad fwhr, have bidental protrusion, have recessed chin.
