Blacks constantly got roles in movies and shit back then. They could get employment easily, plus they weren't burdened with the effects of such a hedonistic and selfish society where foids only want men 4-5 points higher in looks than they are.

Also, the working class situation was pretty good back in the 60's. And there were even the first African-American middle-class families. And Cornel West, growing up back then, once said that he grew up in a "neighborhood" while young black people today grow up in a "hood." Neighborhood, he said, is people taking care off each other, looking out for each other, keeping track of each other ... hood is "survival of the slickest" and Social Darwinism.
Ironically, the Immigration Act of 1965 that began to open the orders for low-wage workers under pressure from the capitalists was one of the main reasons why this economic situation was destroyed.
