I don't mean a documentary about a particular agenda topic, but using the portrayal of something in fictional media to affect public perception, the same as for the culture warriors in normal media. Make media about science to get people to study science. Make media about degeneracy to make people degenerate. etc. Not that science or degeneracy are 100% of the content of a work.
