Its all relative based on location. 5' 10'' is the average male height in America but 5'10'' could be considered manlet in The Netherlands for instance.

Look up the average height in your country (for males obviously). If you are below that height, by definition you are a manlet. Someone who is short is below average height. However it is a different story when it comes to foids. They'll consider you "too short" if you are under 6'3. But if we're just talking how tall you have to be to be considered short that's how you know.
